Intel 200S Boost Overclocking Profile boost game performance
Intel is launching Intel 200S Boost, an overclocking profile developed to maximise performance for Intel Core Ultra 200S series CPUs (K-SKUs), for PC enthusiasts who wish to experiment with overclocking with the guarantee of a warranty
Eligible Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors will continue to be covered by Intel’s three-year limited warranty in addition to any possible performance improvements
The 200S Boost overclocking profile will be available on a few Intel Z890-based motherboards with the most recent BIOS as of April 22
With memory speeds of up to 8000 MT/s, the Intel 200S Boost overclocking profile is intended for one stick of Intel XMP memory per channel, or “1DPC.” Both CUDIMM and UDIMM are qualified
Overclocking depends on a number of factors, including motherboard layout, design, and BIOS optimisations. It’s possible that some motherboards aren’t optimised to activate the Intel 200S Boost profile
Intel 200S Boost does not support 2DPC memory sticks. Depending on the motherboard and memory module design, a 4 UDIMM arrangement may offer better memory rates
Optimising the performance of the Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors (K-SKUs) is simple using the 200S Boost profile
